The best Red Lobster I've ever been to! And they have an amazing view. The service is friendly and efficient and the food is tasty and hot. The place is very clean too. The best thing was they have a deck and I sat outside watching the ducks play.

I'm currently sitting in the bathroom with food poison from this very place under cooked shrimp not a place for family

Other than the super nice staff and the crispy mozzarella sticks... Don't bother going for the food if you looking for a delicious food experience. This Red Lobster needs to step up their game in that department.

This is an absolute great location. We dined out doors, the waterfront view was verry beautiful. The customer service I received was great. I would recommend this place.

Had the all you can eat shrimp. It was excellent. Server was very good. Recommend to sit out on the deck!

With all the fresh seafood around, red lobster still gets love. It's prices are better and it has a great view of the water. I went there several times and most of the time had great service but there was a couple bad servers. Anyways if you know what you want and want to get exactly what you are thinking before going to the restaurant then this is the place!

The location is great: right on the sound. The food is reasonable & tasty. We ate after dark, & the light music & quieter pace was a nice way to top our evening. After eating, we walked out on the deck & watched the ducks on the shore & in the water, swimming past the restaurant.

We arrived there early on a Saturday night. Lucky for us because as we were leaving the traffic was heating up. Overall, we had a very enjoyable dinner. Our waitress was very nice and paid attention to our family. The view of the bay was incredible, I will definately return.

I will have to say that today when I went to this Red Lobster, I had the best meal I've ever had at a Red Lobster. The service was great...our waiter's name was Sam. He was attentive, very friendly and funny. I ordered the peach and bourbon bbq shrimp and the bacon wrapped scallops from the wood grill menu. This was simply outstanding! This is an all around great Red Lobster for a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is great and it is right on the Sound (water), so the view is awesome!

This Red Lobster is nicer than most other locations I've seen. Its right on the water and has both indoor and outdoor seating. The food is delicious and service is great. This would make for a good spot for date night or a night with a group of friends. The atmosphere is pretty relaxing. Plenty of parking.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit this as a native but this Red Lobster compares favorably with any local FWB seafood joint. Especially when you factor in view and service. I've had three very good meals in a row, so I have to give credit where it's due. Our most recent experience was a lunch time dine with Jasmine as our server. Throughout the entire meal she was timely with drinks, refills and clearing our table and tab. She was also fluent with the menu which gave us the confidence to try some of the specials. So we had three specials with one person opting for the fried shrimp menu standard. The specials were grilled fish of various types and all were pleased with the flavor and portions. The fried shrimper thought they had too much of a frozen taste, so take that as advice: avoid the fried. (On another occasion I had the grilled scallops and shrimp and they were little short of spectacular. More reason to avoid fried and go grilled.) The sides: steamed broccoli was tender without being mushy and retained its dark green color and flavor. The baked potatoes were cooked right and hot with a nice dash of kosher salt on the skin. Additionally the pre meal salads bucked the chain curse and were colorful with a good mix of vegetables and served in chilled bowls with a basket of their infamous fat pills (cheese biscuits). It may not be very original but it was done right and was a nice intro for the meal. I just wish the Stella had been on tap vice bottles, oh well. Anyway, hot biscuits, cold salads, four lunches, and a table by the picture window looking across the Sound on a cloudless day is hard to beat.

I'm not much for chains, hence one less star, and I'd caution anyone who goes here against the lobster pizza, which was pretty bad. However, I think that was an issue with the dish itself, not the service or location. I got a green salad which was fresh and terrific, and one mention of the 'ripe' pizza and it was promptly removed from the bill without attitude. My partner had a coconut shrimp dish, and said it was great. In the future, I'm going to stick to the fried seafood, and I think I'll have good luck. Have to mention the service again--one fellow who was covering all customers in the restaurant AND bar, and no gap in attention, delay in response, or problems with accuracy. Being a former waiter myself, I was duly impressed by the management of our order.

This Red Lobster reminds me of what it's like to go to a McDonald's in another country - a shining example of a chain restaurant's true potential. It's shocking how good it can be. This is one of the best and most reasonably priced places to get seafood in the area. (Surprising, I know.) The service is outstanding and I can't really think of anything else about the place that isn't. But the real cherry on top is the location. The restaurant backs up to the sound and the entire back wall is made of glass. A nice view during the day but a great place to have a pre-dinner cocktail and watch the sunset.
